A Closer Look at Our Printing & Embroidery Process ☕
Thank you for your interest in OldRhythm!
We wanted to take a moment to explain the production methods we use for our apparel.
At OldRhythm, we primarily use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing and Embroidery, depending on the design and product style. Each method is carefully chosen to achieve the best balance of comfort, durability, and visual appeal.
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing
Here’s what makes DTG special:
Soft, Breathable Comfort: DTG prints absorb into the fabric fibers, creating a smooth, lightweight feel with no heavy or rubbery texture—perfect for all-day wear.
Rich Colors & Fine Detail: DTG excels at capturing detailed artwork, subtle color gradients, and clean lines, making it ideal for expressive and artistic designs.
Natural, Long-Lasting Finish: When cared for properly, DTG prints hold their color and clarity wash after wash, maintaining the relaxed, worn-in look we love.
Embroidery
For selected designs, we use high-quality embroidery to create a timeless, premium look.
Textured & Premium Appearance: Embroidered designs add depth and dimension to garments, creating a refined finish that stands out.
Exceptional Durability: High-quality stitching is designed to withstand regular wear and washing while maintaining its shape and appearance.
Classic Craftsmanship: Embroidery offers a clean, professional aesthetic that complements minimalist logos, lettering, and signature details.
Every piece we make is designed with comfort, quality, and everyday wear in mind. If you ever have feedback or suggestions, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to listen.
Thank you for choosing OldRhythm. We’re proud to create apparel that blends thoughtful design, comfort, and craftsmanship—just like a good cup of coffee.
