This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item for a refund (once approved) and place a new order separately.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@oldrhythm.com.
