How do I cancel/ change my order?
Sadly, we are not able to cancel or edit any orders once they have been paid.
Our warehouse operates on an automated system to ensure fast and error-free shipping.
However, if you need assistance with an exchange or return, please contact us directly at contact@oldrhythm.com.
Please note that all items must meet the requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy to be eligible.
What if I need to change my address?
If your order is still being processed and has not yet entered the shipping stage, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@oldrhythm.com so we can assist you promptly.
However, once the order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes. If you wish to correct your address after the parcel is already in transit, we can review your request once the package is returned to our warehouse, and we will be able to resend it to the correct address.
How long does shipping usually take?
Once your purchase is completed, your order will be processed within 2 - 4 business days.
After processing, delivery typically takes 5 - 7 business days.
This means the total delivery time is the processing time + shipping time.
