How do I cancel/ change my order?
Sadly, we are not able to cancel or edit any orders once they have been paid.
Our warehouse operates on an automated system to ensure fast and error-free shipping.

What if I need to change my address?

However, once the order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes. If you wish to cancel or correct your address after the parcel is already in transit, we can review your request once the package is returned to our warehouse, and we will be able to resend it to the correct address.
